Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- The following items are non-refundable: personalized/customized products, opened grooming products, and perishable items
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Processing: 3-5 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
