Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • The following items are non-refundable: personalized/customized products, opened grooming products, and perishable items

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)

Damaged or Defective Items
